Our client is a top tier local bank

• Vendors management
• Documentation (IT policy, daily operation, FAQ, knowledgebase, SLA, Servers Inventory)
• System delivery
• Deployments including on Web servers (Unix platform), DB (MS SQL/Oracle) and App servers (Windows platform)
• Incident Management (Level 2 Production Support)
• Change Management (procedures review and control, documentation)
• IT Operation workflow review and improvement
• Weekly meetings with Servers team /HelpDesk team/System Owners
• IT automation – set up robotic programs/scripts (code by VBScript, VBA) to auto SOD check, App Severs / Web Servers / DB servers/Online admin portal health check (including app services,process,program restart,telnet ports,read logs,remote logon session, CPU and RAM usages etc).SSL cert monitoring (code by PowerShell)

• Provide support, upgrade, troubleshooting to business operation applications. Including corporate website, core banking system T24, AML checking system, regulatory reporting system.
• Provide support to database infrastructure. i.e. Backup and restore database, configure databases HA architecture.
